Infrastructural Set-Up

We have own 1000 Sqd, 10000 sft 3 floors RCC building with 10000 SFT production with 70+ people technical and non technical team with world-class equipment like.

Testing facilities for mechanical components:

Alloys Testing: on client requirements we are providing chemical & mechanical test reports like RoHs and chemical compositions and dimensions test reports for the C-MAT Hyderabad for various alloys.

Component Testing: For component testing we have Profile projector, digital micro meters, digital venire calipers, all standards of thread gauges, bore gauges.

Sensor Testing Facility:

Each and every sensor will come-out with a 100% quality check and tested by the Calibration with Indian National Physical Standards. These standards are at par with ISO standards and are a bench mark for any instrumentation technology. The Arcotherm will soon be assessed for formal ISO certification. All RTD, K, J, T, R-type elements importing from Germany, Kant Hal. Based on client requirements we will furnish calibration certifications which is authorized by National Physical Labs, New Delhi. ETDC, Hyderabad.

Power capacity: 100 HP.

Our equipment requires low maintenance and we regularly upgrade our machines to provide our range of products in accordance with the varying trends in the market.

Research & Development

We have a well developed research and development wing, which is equipped with latest machines. Our R&D experts play an important role in the proper functioning of our company. They are well aware of the material and mechanical properties of raw material used in manufacturing, which helps them in testing of our range. The basic objective of our research associates includes the following:

Usage of new raw material (for improving product durability)
Implementation of new technology
Design improvisation (for cost, space and energy efficiency)
Manufacturing process optimization (for reducing downtime & wastage)

Our infrastructure is perfectly divided into various units related to purposes of production, quality testing, research & development, and storage. Further, our in-house design unit, installed with advance software, enables us to design our range in more precise manner. We have state of the art equipments for testing of products from the time of manufacture till the final delivery to the markets.
